An id portrait is a minor artifact in the form of a large painting capable of trapping a being inside of it and creating a malevolent duplicate of them. Imron Gauthfallow used id portraits during the Gallery of Evil Affair to capture or kill several artists, critics, and patrons of Absalom's Ivy District.
