Izydor Velikas and his brother Eligiusz are two Irriseni Jadwiga twins who rejected the tradition of becoming soldiers to learn magic like their sisters instead. Rejected by their family and Irriseni society as a whole, the two started to follow the Whispering Way and to raid the eastern border of the Lands of the Linnorm Kings to kidnap Ulfen captives to fuel their necromantic rituals. When Eligiusz was captured and executed by residents of Whiterook, Izydor escaped, and after his brother rose as an undead witchfire, they have continued to amass an undead army in the hope of surpassing Tar-Baphon.
