Jirukarakaza is one of the oldest and the most powerful of the underworld dragons who dwell in the molten caves beneath the volcanic Mount Yogan in Minkai. Over the years, he has raided numerous caravans, accumulated a huge hoard and established a formidable reputation among his neighbours. Recently, he has been relying on the dominion of the Jade Regent to extend his domain, and has his eyes on Hiyosai, a thriving mining and trade town.1
