Joba is one of the most important members of the current Storm Kindlers, despite his young age. Rumour has it that he was found in a trance by the Storm Kindlers after he alone survived the storm that destroyed his home village. He claims that he had dreamt of the storm the night before it struck, and had similar prophetic dreams in his later years, which he considers to be insights sent by his patron Gozreh.1
