Kaldrifjaur Lake
The Kaldrifjaur Lake is a subterranean lake within the extensive cave complex of Candlestone Caverns. It is formed by the Tenebros River when it splits hundreds of feet above the lake. Kaldrifjaur means "Cold Heart" in dwarven tongue. The lake is vast enough to require travel by boat and hryngars1 and kobolds regularly ply its waters, seeking out the colorless fish and mollusks that dwell there, or traveling to other regions in Sekamina. It is said that the lake is also home to white sea serpents, a mysterious clan of aquatic gargoyles and large predatory albino fish.2
