Kaltestrua is a marilith demon in service to Tar-Baphon. The Whispering Tyrant ordered Kaltestrua to attack and take the arcane college of Casnoriva in Virlych, Ustalav. In this attack, she was successful and Kaltestrua rules Casnoriva today. However, success was not total, as the ghosts of the mages killed in the attack continue to fight an arcane battle of resistance against Kaltestrua led by Mistress Qais.1
