Stay of Execution outcome

The Conclusion section of Stay of Execution suggests two outcomes involving Hadge: his escape, or his death. Either results in the recovery of a divination focus.

Taldor, the First Empire states that Hadge remained imprisoned as of 4717 AR per the publication date and was leader of prison's Waste gang.

It is possible that the events of Stay of Execution occurred and Hadge escaped, but he could have been recaptured between its events and 4717 AR. It is also possible that no outcome of the scenario is canon.
