Tian Xia World Guide apparently renames Shokuro to Songbai. -Oznogon (talk) 21:37, 12 April 2024 (UTC)

The flag for Shokuro used in previous works and in the Community Use Package (File:Shokuro flag.webp) has apparently been replaced with a white flag bearing a golden dragon-like horse on Tian Xia World Guide 200. -Oznogon (talk) 01:11, 6 July 2024 (UTC)
The renaming to Songbai and replacement of its banner are part of a stated intent by the Tian Xia World Guide chapter's author Tan Shao Han to reduce offensive real-world parallels to Japanese occupation of lands populated by ethnically Chinese peoples.1 While the renaming is rationalized in-universe, I've accordingly removed the former flag from the article and added a notice to its file page advising against its use. -19:45, 22 March 2025 (UTC)
