Netukheret is the High Priest of Thoth in the Houses of Order and Wisdom in Tephu, responsible for maintaining both the shrine to Thoth and the library. She takes every opportunity to assign her subordinates to study in the nearby Great Library of Tephu, which restricts the number of priests. Her husband is Khu, who maintains the shrine to Ma'at next door.
