Discussion of proposal

I approve this policy change and feel it is necessary to add this policy to our list. Thanks for the hard work that went into this and the research to find a solid strawman, Oznogon. Much of this documents existing practice, which is useful as a reminder and also to help new editors. I found no material changes I would want to make and it is already written so well that I think it can be moved as-is to being an active policy. This proposal has been open for discussion already for a month, so I shall set a timer now for a further fortnight's discussion, ending Saturday 23 February 2019 when we'll activate this policy. --Fleanetha (talk) 00:40, 9 February 2019 (UTC)
