Pericardial arcaduct

From PathfinderWiki

The pericardial arcaduct is a component of a true dragon's nervous system composed of ten nerve fibers that stretch from the dragon's small intestine to the pericardial wall of its heart,1 where it connects to the dragon's aortic arcanicus gland.2 The nerves are insulated by and wrapped in flexible muscular linings.21

The pericardial arcaduct regulates the dragon's heart rate even when exposed to magically paralytic effects and can initiate a state of deep hibernation if required.21
