Rothka Spiteblade is the most powerful of the restless souls haunting the Plains of Ten Thousand Swords. Her weapon is said to be an intelligent vorpal sword. She was the first person to land a blow upon her chieftain, and cannot pass into the afterlife until she has obtained forgiveness from him.[1]
