The half-orc alchemist Rzonca the Clever resides in a small hut in the shadow of Covenant Rock in the Hold of Belkzen. She acts as the agent of the red dragons of Raschka-Tor, Sheblis and Tyrkalis who control the northeastern Belkzen, north of the Cenotaph and east of the Flood Road. Rzonca meets with everyone wishing to pay tribute. Once the arranged amount of treasure, livestock, or slaves has been paid, Rzonca marks the travelers with a special scent she prepares in her hut, to which only she and the dragons know the formula. Anyone caught by the dragons without the scent is quickly killed without warning.
