Scyld Hranni is a storm giant warrior who trains numerous aquatic creatures in the Arcadian Ocean, along the coast of southern Avistan and northern Garund, to help her search for her purpose in life and eliminate evil. Originally from an islet just west of Thuryan in Cheliax, her family left their home soon after House Thrune took power. She wields a barnacle-encrusted shield of driftwood and jagged coral, and wears sleek mithral armor. Her purple hair is regarded by other storm giants as a sign of divine blessing, and she encourages this notion by devoting herself to Aegirran.
