Shamihn Hep is one of the proprietors (along with Ohmun Kotem) of the Rising Phoenix, a dye market in the Mender's Row district of Wati. Shamihn and Ohmun are the only people who know how to make their distinctive reddish-purple dye from giant crayfish.1
