Rajah Shavit is the ruler of the city of Ukhrul in the Wide Water region of Vudra. Rajah Shavit is renowned for his expansionist tendencies, he is forever greedily eyeing the neighbouring kingdoms surrounding his. Ukhrul is also known for the firearms it produces, but Rajah Shavit is careful never to sell any of these weapons to nearby kingdoms that could be potential targets for his future conquests.
