The Starry-Eyed Conservatorium, located north of the Bandeshar in the Nexian city of Quantium, is a private academy with a distinctly connected dual focus of study on magic theory and music. An endowment helps children of poverty or ancestries that face prejudice of being monstrous in many societies attend, including housing for their families at the Conservatorium.

The Conservatorium is funded by Alyreha Tzonnek, one of the Arclords of Nex.
