World Guide, p. 122 (which seems to grab the date from Guide to Darkmoon Vale, p. inside front cover) sets the founding of Highhelm to this date, whereas Highhelm (sourcebook), p. 13 pegs the date to shortly after the end of the Quest for Sky in -4880 AR. Since Highhelm is now the definitive sourcebook on, well, Highhelm, and since it would otherwise omit over 4,000 years of dwarven history, we should go with the earlier date. --Brandingopportunity (talk) 16:07, 12 September 2023 (UTC)

This is then an unresolved conflict as World Guide and Highhelm (sourcebook) are similarly tiered in PathfinderWiki:Canon policy until some canon confirmation is provided by Paizo. Until then, common sense prevails. --Fleanetha (talk) 20:54, 1 February 2024 (UTC)
