Talk:Beldrin's Tower/Conflicts

From PathfinderWiki

Creation and fate

According to the earlier source, Devil at the Dreaming Palace, Beldrin's tower was rebuilt and converted into a museum. Contradicted in book 6 of the Adventure Path Ruins of the Radiant Siege where the tower was raised from the harbour by use of the Cane of the Maelstrom. Ruins of the Radiant Siege 44–45 is unclear about what this means. It first suggests that the tower was "rubble" before the events of the issue's prior chapters, which is in conflict with the tower's previous descriptions. It could be interpreted as either restoring the surviving spire of Beldrin's Tower or as raising the two collapsed spires back onto their shared base, but pages 44 and 47 describe the result as explicitly bearing little to no resemblance to the original structure.
The conclusion of Ruins of the Radiant Siege 59 suggests further changes to the tower's fate that have not been clarified in a subsequent canon source.
As of July 2024, no subsequent canon source has confirmed the events of Agents of Edgewatch as canon or clarified what happened here, making the conflict unresolvable barring official clarification. -Oznogon (talk) 22:03, 16 July 2024 (UTC)
