Black Heron or followers?

• Discrepancies exists in Paizo's publications:
  • Some stories claim that Black Heron along with the other Ten Magic Warriors founded the Magaambya in Nantambu (Lost Omens: The Mwangi Expanse, p. 240), while in other parts of the same book, this was accomplished by their followers (ibid., p. 15).
  • The same split holds true with the founding of the Shory Empire, which is attributed either to Black Heron or his followers (ibid., p. 15 and 17).
