Eastern Minkai was part of Yixing?

In current Black powder article section, it asserts that a part of Eastern Minkai was once part of the Yixing empire, from Guns & Gears page 220 (didn't see any wording changes in Remaster). Somewhat controdicts Tian Xia World Guide page 11 when uplifts the Teikoku outside of Yixing. Wording suggest that miner operations in Eastern Minkai were happening outside of Yixing owned territory, with mining companies rather then the state hoarding the formulas. It may be more appropriate to say "Black powder's properties were discovered During the time of Imperial Yixing". Also, the "would be east Minkai today" part, unsure if it meant discovered before Teikoku Shogunate founding, before the rebellion that transformed Teikoku into Minkai, or the Mines were not part any of any of the two nations originally until a later boarder expansion? --Stejo (talk) 16:47, 28 March 2025 (UTC)
