Move to Creation's Forge

Per Tier 1 Rage of Elements and its pre-release blog post, particularly Paizo staff comments on it. Creation's Forge already redirects to Positive Energy Plane, so in terms of navigation and discovery this is just elevating an existing alternate name to the primary name. All corresponding links here should also eventually be changed, but that shouldn't block renaming this article. -Oznogon (talk) 18:32, 17 August 2023 (UTC)
