Location of Kragnaroth

User:Dmeta has plumped for the location of Kragnaroth as being in the Hold of Belkzen as the only clue we have is in Giants Revisited: 'the fire giant realm of Kragnaroth in the Mindspin Mountains east of Varisia'. This is a very reasonable assumption but one that may need revisiting once the book Belkzen, Hold of the Orc Hordes is published.
