Talk:Rovagug
Edited assertion
Updated the Appearance section to reflect that the claim that 'Rovagug is the mightiest of the Qlippoth lords' is stated in Beyond the Doomsday Door to be from ancient apocrypha and is not confirmed in that source. -BillyPilgrim14 (talk) 17:24, 6 July 2024 (UTC)
- Also cited Planar Adventures, which echoes the uncertainty of the claim.
- Also removed a citation of Book of the Damned, presumably added in support of the prior wording. The only relevance of the cited BotD source was referring to Rovagug as "the qlippoth deity" in passing, which is too vague to support the assertion. -Oznogon (talk) 23:24, 7 July 2024 (UTC)
- Fun fact: Heroes of Golarion also refers to Golarion as "the prison of the qlippoth deity Rovagug" in passing, as if simple truth. Has this notion been carried forward into Pathfinder Second Edition at all?--How many PF2E books, if any, have mentioned a relationship between qlippoth and Rovagug? --Descriptivist (talk) 08:11, 3 October 2024 (UTC)
