Should there be a note somewhere about the inspiration for the place, somewhere we could let people know that Sincomakti is an anagram of Miskatonic, that this is Golorion's version of Miskatonic University? Some people might not have caught that and might like that and might like it being pointed out. -- RyokoMocha

RyokoMocha, sadly we only place things from an "in-world perspective" in our wiki (except for some minor crunch information in the infoboxes on the right). Please take a look at our Point of view article for more information. Yes yes, the footnote was exactly what I had in mind :) Not anything in the main text. The reason being that I know quite a few people who just didn't catch the reference until I pointed it out to them, and it made quite an impression on them once I did because they are such big Lovecraft fans. Thank you for the addition!
