Choice of name

It seems this author goes by two names. I propose that, unless Steve Russell is his preferred nom de plume then we move this page to Steven D. Russell and make this page a redirect to there (i.e., reversing the current status). This will mean the

He uses Steven D. Russell for all of his material I've ever seen. It seems to have slipped into a few books as Steve Russell, before he informed Paizo that he didn't go by that professionally.—Yoda8myhead 21:44, 20 April 2012 (UTC)
