Talk:Unified magical theory

From PathfinderWiki

Article is mistitled

When typing the article subject's name in boldface font, its full name is "the school of unified magical theory", as is written out in three sentences in Player Core, so this article needs to be moved to a correct title (Use lower case).

  • Also note that Player Core never writes a "the" in front of the phrase "unified magical theory", like how PF2e never writes a "the" in front of the name "Tarrasque". -- Descriptivist (talk) 18:25, 15 August 2024 (UTC)
Arcane schools, and their usage in mechanical text, are a crunch concept with canon ramifications. I've lowercased the name, but I'm not convinced by the usage in Player Core that further changes are necessary. -Oznogon (talk) 05:59, 16 August 2024 (UTC)
Feats are crunch concepts. I'm also not convinced that introducing the unified theory feat as a canon concept is wise here, and I don't understand the suggestion that it's a confusing in-universe canon concept.
If consensus suggests any or all feats should be considered canon content, and that the unified theory represents a canon concept, I also think the more appropriate route would be to create an article at [[unified theory]], describe it there, and use our existing disambiguation methods instead. -Oznogon (talk) 23:54, 16 August 2024 (UTC)
