Conflict

Per Seekers of Secrets page 41, Borden Thalian discovered the headwaters of the Vanji in a mountain lake. There he found a lost city that might have been built by cyclopes. This doesn't make much sense based on the map in Heart of the Jungle (which is basically the map in the Campaign Setting with additional labels). The source of the Vanji is Lake Ocota, which is a major lake but not in the mountains. Numerous other rivers flow into the lake, so maybe he picked one of those at random and traced it back to the Barrier Wall. Alternatively, maybe he found the source of the Little Vanji in the Bandu Hills, which would be a lesser achievement.
