Template:Organization/doc

From PathfinderWiki

{{Organization}} is for use in any article about an organization, group, guild, or any form of collective in the Pathfinder campaign setting. Nearly all parameters are optional and can be left blank, though it is preferred to include as many as possible; if undefined, these optional parameters will not appear as part of the template.

The recommended image size is a width of 250px, so that it will completely fill the infobox without increasing its size.

This template is based upon the Person Template located at the Forgotten Realms Wiki.

Usage

image (optional)
An image representing the organization. This can either be a depiction of a member, or its flag or symbol. Should be given without [[]] or any settings.
name
The name of the organization. This should be the name by which the organization is most known.
traits (optional)
The organization's traits, introduced in 2E, represent certain mechanical classifications for the organization and are found in the colour-coded horizontal list near the top of a organization's stat block. Use the correct 2e trait box, such as {{2eTrait|Large}} for
Large
in this line: see the example and Template:2eTrait for a bigger selection. These boxes are shown at the top of the infobox. It's fine to omit this if there is not a statblock for the organization in 2E.
type (optional)
The organization's main type (e.g. military, religious, commercial, academic, social, criminal).
leader (optional)
The group's top official or leader, if any.
alignment (optional)
The organization's alignment, representing their modus operandi, if known.
headquarters (optional)
The group's headquarters. This can be a singular location, or dispersed in less-structured organizations.
goals (optional)
The organization's central tenets and goals, if definable.
scope (optional)
The geographical breadth of the group's influence and control, generally broken down into the following categories: local, national, regional, global, and the Great Beyond. "Local" means confined within a city or other narrowly defined area. A "national" organization exists within a single country. "Regional" refers to a small group of neighboring countries, while a "global" organization exists in many or most of Golarion's nations. A group classified as "Great Beyond" can be found in the planes beyond Golarion.
structure (optional)
How the group is structured and organized, if known.
members (optional)
The general profession of the group's members, if known or classifiable.
imagesof (optional)
The name of the category that contains images of this organization, which appears as a link to the category page. For instance, an imagesof value of Pathfinder Society will create a link to Category:Images of Pathfinder Society with the link text "Images of Pathfinder Society".
source & page (optional)
The source wherein the organization was first published or from which the most information is available. Link the title, and include page number if possible. Use this only if you have a source and page for either 1E or 2E, but not both.
1e-source, 1e-page, 2e-source, & 2e-page (optional)
The source wherein the organization was first mentioned, or from which the most information is available, in both 1E and 2E. Link the title, and include page number if possible. Use this only if you have a source and page for both editions.
