Thingmar

A thingmar is a special Ulfen court convened to judge and punish crimes. It consists of the accused's peers and is overseen by an elder jarl or chief. A thingmar has the power to condemn someone to become a thrall, a time-limited form of slavery traditionally practiced by the Ulfen.
