The Throne of Ydersius Ascendant is a massive, ornate white marble throne inlaid with spirals of serpentstone. As it is designed for a serpentfolk to sit on, most humans find it uncomfortably tall and thin. The Throne of Ydersius Ascendant bestows magic-cancelling powers on any priest of Ydersius that sits on it, while weakening anyone else that dares to do so. It is currently located within the Arena of Human Apostasy in the serpentfolk city of Ilmurea, where Azlanti divine spellcasters used to be pitted against various opponents; the throne's ability to deprive them of their magic ensured that they could never win.
