Todoban Boria is the proprietor of Boria's, a seemingly innocuous wine shop in the northern Naos district of the Varisian city of Magnimar. In truth, the store is only a front for his true profession: selling poisons. He makes enough money from this illegal business that he does not have to actually sell any wine. Boria only reveals his true wares to customers who come with the highest recommendations (such as from the Night Scales, the city's most prominent thieves' guild), and uses several poisoned items and decorations around the store to protect himself should he be threatened.
