"Baron" Venigo Palpathe is one of the pirate lords of Raketooth, the second largest port on Shark Island in the Shackles. He is the captain of the sloop Water Nymph and claims he descends from an aristocratic Thrushmoor family in Ustalav. He also claims that he has shaken hands with the Whispering Tyrant and other unbelievable things.
