Zilthuras Demestrio is the leader of the wizards' Esoterium Lodge in the Chelish city of Corentyn. Wizardry is heavily regulated in diabolic Cheliax, and by city law, people must belong to the Lodge in order to cast magic more powerful than a cantrip.1
