Zrubuaar-Pathas is a nalfeshnee with crimson skin and silver fur who has taken upon himself to watch over the qlippoth, his race's arch-enemies. He observes them from a massive, impregnable fortress straddling a foul pit in Yad Iagnoth, and sometimes deliberately lets his guard down so that he may study the qlippoth's tactics. He is increasingly becoming convinced that the qlippoth's time is long past, but has discovered that something vast, ancient, unknowable is quickening in the deepest Outer Rifts.
