- Daronlyr the Overthrower overcomes the Ulfen Guard and slays the grand prince of Taldor, Parmain IV. Declaring the throne for himself, the Ulfen warriors swear their allegiance to their new emperor.1 He is named Daronlyr XII in a formal coronation in the same year.2
