Arboretum Arcanis

The Arboretum Arcanis once contained a wonderland of exotic fruit and blossoms from beyond Golarion. It was housed in a magical crystal dome in the Precipice Quarter in Absalom.

The magic that protected and nurtured the flora was placed by Beldrin, but these wavered and collapsed when the earthquake of 4698 AR struck the district. The magical cloud that hovered overhead, designed to provide nutrient-rich rain, became corrupted. Now the purple-black cloud spills caustic gray and yellow rain on the plants below. The plants that once thrived either withered away or evolved into horrific versions of themselves, while new abominations of nature have since sprung into existence.
