As of 4708 AR, Astran Thrune served as a high admiral of the Chelaxian Navy in Westcrown, Cheliax.

In the spring of 4708 AR, renegade privateer Darsielle Du Moire sailed into Westcrown and demanded to be crowned admiral of the Chelaxian dragoon fleet, a ludicrous request which insulted Astran.
