Ataxians are divine servitors of the god Cayden Cailean. They resemble small, fey-like creatures with wings and amber skin, and have the remarkable ability to locate bars and taverns no matter what plane they are on, and someone always offers to buy them a drink. As such, they are the embodiment of Cayden's most positive stereotypes: the happy drunk.1
On Golarion
As of 4716 AR, an ataxian drawn by the beer selection at Cayden's Hall in Absalom had become a permanent resident of its beer garden.2
