The blacklight spell of the school of evocation has both divine and arcane versions. Only Droskar, Groetus, and Zon-Kuthon grant the divine version to their worshipers. Both versions of the spell create a limited area of intense darkness that even darkvision cannot penetrate, but which the spellcaster can always see through.
