Pastor Bromon Shy is a ghostly servant of the ruler of the infamous Castle Kronquist in Ustalav: the vampire Lord Malyas. A former cleric of Erastil in Barstoi county, Shy turned to diabolism and is now bound to his notes for his most famous book, Witch-Cults of Northern Avistan, a collection of pamphlets describing infernal cults written in the format of a warning but encoded with the names of summoned creatures and methods of recognizing fellow cultists. It includes a section on the moral fall of Sarkoris and its peoples' worship of many folk deities, including Ommors, Dweller in the Delvegate, and the god callers that Shy theorized were summoners who worshiped their eidolons.
