Pastor Bromon Shy is a ghostly servant of the ruler of the infamous Castle Kronquist in Ustalav: the vampire Lord Malyas.[1] A former cleric of Erastil[1][2] in Barstoi county,[2] Shy turned to diabolism and is now bound to his notes for his most famous book, Witch-Cults of Northern Avistan,[1] a collection of pamphlets describing infernal cults written in the format of a warning but encoded with the names of summoned creatures and methods of recognizing fellow cultists.[2] It includes a section on the moral fall of Sarkoris[3] and its peoples' worship of many folk deities,[4] including Ommors, Dweller in the Delvegate,[5] and the god callers that Shy theorized were summoners who worshiped their eidolons.[6]
