Bugark Zomash was the war chief of the much-feared Death Tower Hold of orcs in the Hold of Belkzen. Although Ungukk Fleshdredge, the clan's high priest of Zagresh, was more powerful than Zomash, Fleshdredge left all decisions that did not deal with magic or deities to Zomash.

In 4724 AR, a feral skull swarm killed Zomash during a pilgrimage to a Shrine of Zagresh in the Tusk Mountains. His corpse quickly became encased in ice and festered with necromantic energies that, when combined with his dying rage, reanimated him as an undead mummy.
