The Carcass Man of Belkzen, also known simply as the Carcass Man, is a flesh golem created by Ungukk Fleshdredge, high priest of Zagresh for the Death Tower Hold1 of orcs in Hold of Belkzen as of 4715 AR. It is taller than a hill giant and has three powerful arms and two heads like an ettin. The golem leads the tribe into battle, crushes enemies with a giant spiked tree-trunk club, and rips them apart with its hands.23 The golem resists control and has killed as many allies as enemies.3
