The Carcass Man of Belkzen is a terrible flesh golem created by Ungukk Fleshdredge, the shaman of the Defiled Corpse orc tribe in Hold of Belkzen as of 4715 AR. It is said that is taller than a hill giant, with three powerful arms and two heads like an ettin. The golem leads the tribe into battle, crushes enemies with a giant spiked tree-trunk club, and rips them apart with its hands.12 The golem resists control and has killed as many allies as enemies.2
