Carcass-Man of Belkzen
From PathfinderWiki
The Carcass-Man of Belkzen is a terrible flesh golem created by a shaman of the Defiled Corpse orc tribe in Hold of Belkzen. It is said that is taller than a hill giant, with three powerful arms and two heads like an ettin. The golem leads the tribe into battle crushing the enemies with a giant spiked tree-trunk club and ripping them with its hands.[1]
