The Carcass Man of Belkzen, also known simply as the Carcass Man, is a flesh golem1 created by Ungukk Fleshdredge, high priest of Zagresh for the Death Tower Hold2 of orcs in Hold of Belkzen as of 4715 AR. It is taller than a hill giant and has three powerful arms and two heads like an ettin. The golem leads the tribe into battle, crushes enemies with a giant spiked tree-trunk club, and rips them apart with its hands.34 The golem resists control and has killed as many allies as enemies.4

  1. As of the Pathfinder Second Edition Remaster Project and Monster Core, golems are no longer a family of constructs with shared or similar traits. Several individual types of golems were renamed to have generic, standalone names. A canon replacement for this construct or its golem-specific properties might not exist.
