Chief Fleshforger Dunn Palovar represents the city of Ecanus on Nex's ruling Council of Three and Nine. His main rival is Borume, representative of the city of Oenopion; each is tireless in his attempts to increase his own standing on the Council and reduce that of his opponent.

Palovar does not attend the Council in person. Instead, he transfers his consciousness into a flesh golem which he uses to attend the meetings.

Appearance

Lean, short, and albino, Dunn Palovar has learned to dress militaristically and maintain a dour demeanour in order to appear more serious and threatening.
