The Fiendspray of Chains and Hooks is a sea monster speculated to be the result of velstrac experimentation on a kraken, which was torn apart and rebuilt into the perfect hunter of oceanic trenches. Its tentacles have been removed and replaced with black chains and barbed hooks, which it uses to pull down ships. According to a tale, a galleon called Black Knight was seen fully intact after being dragged down by the Fiendspray, but its entire crew were replaced with ghastly apparitions.
