Baroness Frederyka Elvanna is one of Queen Elvanna's many great-granddaughters. Frederyka and her husband Baron Boalloc rule the river town of Belila, on the northwestern border of Irrisen's Bleakmarch province, despite the fact they both prefer to be with their own kind in Algidheart or Whitethrone. They express their disappointment exercising cruelties on the poor peasants and the servants of their stony keep.
