The vapor form spell, also known as the gaseous form spell, temporarily transforms a touched creature into an insubstantial, translucent, misty form that is highly resistant or immune to physical harm, and in some versions weaker magical forms of harm.1

The creature cannot cast spells or manipulate objects while in this state, but they can fly and pass through small spaces, such as cracks and holes.23

Material component

The material component for this spell is a bit of gauze and a wisp of smoke.4[citation needed]

Prior to the Pathfinder Second Edition Remaster Project, Paizo referred to the vapor form spell as the gaseous form spell.
