The unholy Ghoul Stone is a one of the relics of a ghoulish cult. It was crafted by a ghast named Rashana to bring glory to demon lord Kabriri and the ways of the ghouls. Rashana walked out of the Darklands, finally coming to a mountainside cave in Rahadoum. The ghast desecrated an old shrine of Sarenrae she found there and set up a cult of Kabriri. The Ghoul Stone amulet was given to a cultist named Amir, to aid him to enforce the cult's demands on the surrounding tribes. One night, the greedy Amir stole a treasure and went away. The amulet he wore began to consume Amir, demanding human flesh. Cornered by the cultists, Amir took refuge in a cave and was lost, descending into its depths.[1]

Amir eventually succumbed to the amulet and was transformed into a ghast. The mortal cultists of Kabriri are now long dead but a remnant of the cult maybe exists.[1]

Pathfinder Irdris Quardama can be found in Rahadoum seeking the Ghoul Stone.[2][1]
