Grathalax

The red dragon Grathalax¹ seems to be one of the more reasonable members of his kind. At the most recent Convocation of Dragons in 4607 AR, he was the only chromatic dragon to agree with the metallics on anything, and then only on the perennially discussed topic of hunting down and killing the draconic god Dahak.²
